1. Eligibility for Returns

A return request will be accepted only if all the following conditions are met:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
• The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original packaging, invoice, and tags are intact

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

• Customized or made-to-order jewelry
• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
• Items purchased during clearance or special sale offers (if applicable)

Minor variations in design, color, finish, or weight due to handcrafted processes or screen differences do not qualify as defects.

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, the customer must contact us with:

Products failing inspection will be sent back to the customer without any refund.

5. Return Shipping

• If the return is approved due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), return shipping instructions will be shared.
• For all other approved cases, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Weight differences within acceptable tolerance limits are normal
